So a couple of months back I did this What If Avengers team that had a "thing" Reed Richards and I really liked it so I wanted to do another of him with his own team called The Fantastics.

Story is Reed is the only survivor of his flight into space, forever changed into a man of stone, Reed travels the world looking for other fantastics. With his assistant Roger Bochs in his Box armor, mutant Kitty Pryde otherwise known as the new Black Cat (taken the name from her mentor Felicia Hardy when she was killed by the Kingpin), Lord Namor last of the Atlanteans, Thena exiled princess of the Eternals for her love of a Deviant named Kro, and Mimic who currently has the powers of Iceman, Texas Twister, Cyclops, Energizer, and Hercules. Together they are The Fantastics!

I have a Marvel universe based on the history and mythology of 1640s Japan. In it, Black Cat and Shadowcat are sisters and cat demons.

haha. Really interesting storyline! I quite like your version of Namor there. It looks significantly less... lame.

The name Fantastics is SO much better than Fantastic Four as well!

... Awesome doesn't even begin to describe my thoughts towards this piece. This is amazing! Bochs/Box, Kitty Pryde as the new Black Cat, Thena, a more fish-like Namor, Reed Richards with a skinnier "Thing" look, and Mimic with all of these cool powers?! How sweet is this?! Seriously, its rare to see someone who actually knows who people like Box, Thena, Texas Twister and Energizer actually are. Major props to you, my friend

Seriously! The last time I saw Texas Twister was after the Civil War event was finished, and then just before the Secret Invasion ended. Kind of a nostalgia trip, considering I own The Incredible Hulk #265 (November 1981), where the Rangers first appeared
