WATTS 2014

Hoshi was an average kid on the wrong side of the tracks. Working as a low end runner for the local mobsters in Osaka, Japan. He thought he was doing an OK job until he found himself on a plane to parts unknown as a guest of the Golden Empire. 

Hoshi was encased into an experimental vat of chemicals and imbued with energy similar to that of Zoe Thunder. The experiment granted him electromagnetic powers and like so many of The Golden Empires experiments, he escaped and started a career as WATTS. He has worked for the Yakuza, the Triad and even the Russian mob as an enforcer and bagman. Not staying for too long with any one outfit or town.
